PPC Manager - PPC, affiliate, mobile, paid social, reddit
£25-35k DOE + Benefits - Norwich, Norfolk

I'm currently looking for a PPC Manager for a globally recognised technology company. They have experienced Hyper growth since their inception around 8 years ago. They are now a market leader in the payments solutions industry.

This organisation has a great working culture, a youthful and vibrant atmosphere and excellent facilities in Norwich which include a Bar, BBQ and pool table. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organic performance of the website, as well as supporting lead generation and customer engagement through all communication channels. Including SEO, content and social media activity.

  • Unrivalled strategic PPC knowledge.

  • Proven experience of managing a £300k a month account

  • Able to hold third parties to account with commercial agreements.

  • Able to test implement new PPC strategies.

  • Able to understand the unit economics of the sales process to optimise and invest in new areas territories based on CAC and LTV.

  • Manage all paid media including affiliates, mobile, in app, social media, reddit etc etc.

  • Able to track potential customers through whole journey across multiple platforms.

  • Understand buyer personas

  • Understand addressable market through paid media in different geographies in PPC.

  • Be able to provide and financial forecast with the accounts team and be held to target to agree on CPA, CPL & CPC.

  • Scale up and down CPC, CPC & CPL based on unit economics, CAC, LTV and appetite for the business.

  • Help business forecast for sales and support resource to support this.

  • Be able to manage a team.
