Circa £55k DOE + uncapped commission - North West, some remote
CloudScope are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a world-leading organisation supplying software solutions to over 20 countries. You'll be working as part of an award-winning company, supporting clients by implementing integration solutions by analysing their requirements to deliver the right solution for them. Priding themselves on developing long-term relationships, client relations is at the forefront of everything they do and meeting expectations of vital importance. Helping clients realise their business potential by streamlining processes to achieve efficiency and cost savings.
You will be responsible for carrying out new business marketing activities, campaigns, events, networking in order to generate sales for the company. You will also be working alongside the marketing team to identify potential new business sectors and individual targets for new business. Part of this role is working with the Sales Director to agree sales and activity plans.
Explaining the company value proposition clearly to potential customers and ensuring there is a clear activity and close plan in place.
Working closely with other areas of the business to ensure that the solution sold to the customer is delivered on time, to budget, and meets expectations.
Arranging for pre-sales support and ensuring pre-sales standards are maintained
Collating activity, market and competitor data
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Previous sales experience ideally with ERP, MRP, CRM, from Syspro, Sage X3 or similar
- Experience providing weekly and monthly reports
- Demonstrable experience providing sales forecasts
Salary: Circa £55k DOE, OTE £100k (first year) - uncapped commission - car allowance of £300 a month, 23 days Holiday
Working Hours: Monday to Friday with remote working possible.
Location: North West with some remote work
