About the Role

1st Line Technician

Salary Range: £25k-£28k + Bonuses + Pension

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Location: Norwich Outskirts

We're seeking a passionate 1st Line Support Technician to deliver top-notch Technical support to our clients while providing exceptional Customer Service.

The Candidate:

  • Good IT and problem-solving skills in areas like Anti-Virus, Disk Space, Memory/CPU, Office 365 Management, and more.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Confidence on the phone when dealing with clients.
  • A passion for IT and a willingness to learn and grow within our supportive team.
  • Extra points for experience in the outsourced IT support industry and holding a Full UK Driving license.
  • Role Specifics
  • In this role, you will:
  • Support PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win10, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022)
  • Install PCs and upgrade software
  • Administer IP phone systems via web-based interface
  • Provide support for customer applications (training provided)
  • Set up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows)
  • Support Mac's remotely and on-site.
