About the Role
Business Analyst
Circa £45k DOE + Benefits
Norwich, Norfolk (3 days remote)
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join one of the most recognised brands in the renovations industry, based in Norwich. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong ability to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and support the delivery of strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements Develop detailed specifications, including plans, estimates, and timelines for new initiatives Conduct feasibility studies and present findings, outlining costs, benefits, and implementation time scales Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met Support project lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders Facilitate workshops, meetings, and user interviews to capture requirements and feedback Assist in the creation of comprehensive documentation and training materials Oversee the personal development of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship
Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience conducting feasibility studies and creating comprehensive reports Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements Experience with project management principles and methodologies Comfortable facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
Working Hours:
9 AM – 5:30 PM with an hour for lunch and flexible start time
