About the Role

You will be supported with structured training, modern sales tools, a bespoke CRM system and experienced colleagues who will help you learn how to engage confidently with senior decision-makers across digital, marketing and technology sectors.

As demand for digital transformation, IT and marketing services continues to grow, the business is investing heavily in its commercial function and is looking for a driven, personable and commercially minded Commercial Executive to help support the next phase of expansion.

This is not a high volume call centre environment. It is a relationship led business development role where thoughtful conversations, smart networking and commercial awareness create genuine opportunities and uncapped earning potential.

The Role

As a Commercial Executive, you will play a key role in generating and developing new business opportunities across a broad portfolio of digital and technology services.

Working closely with the wider commercial and business development team, you will identify prospective clients, initiate meaningful conversations and help shape tailored solutions that deliver real value.

You will be responsible for:

Creating and developing new business opportunities which, once qualified, will be progressed collaboratively with wider commercial team members.
Building intelligent prospect lists and maintaining a sustainable pipeline capable of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Developing strong relationships with prospective and existing customers across a variety of sectors.
Bringing together internal specialists and third-party partners to help propose the right commercial solutions for clients.
Representing the brand professionally at networking events, industry functions and business meetings.
Supporting wider business development activity and contributing towards the progression of key commercial opportunities.
Delivering innovative sales performance while achieving both new business and customer retention objectives.

What They’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be commercially curious, confident communicating with people and motivated by building relationships rather than simply chasing activity metrics.

You will have experience within B2B sales, account management, recruitment or another commercially focused environment and now be looking for a role that offers greater autonomy, progression and earning potential.
