You’ve got some foundational IT experience under your belt, but maybe you're stuck doing the same basic tasks with no clear path forward. If you are hungry to learn but just need the right environment to accelerate your skills, this is your next step.
We are looking for someone with a massive passion for technology and a mindset to learn rapidly. You'll join an established tech company, working 5 days a week from their office on the Norwich outskirts to fully immerse yourself in hands-on training.
The offices are is easily reachable via a 30-minute public transport commute from either Norwich City Centre or Cambridge City Centre, though candidates with a driving licence and access to a car will be in a much more fortunate position given the location.

What you bring to the table
You have some limited commercial IT experience or practical exposure, but you aren't the finished article yet. You can commit to 5 days a week on-site and ideally have your own transport. Above all, you are a fast learner with excellent communication skills and an absolute dedication to customer service.
