Most entry-level design roles promise creativity but leave you resizing basic banners or doing mundane formatting all day. This isn't one of them.
We are looking for a commercial-minded Junior Designer to join an established, carbon-neutral digital technology and marketing agency on the outskirts of Norwich. This is a 100% office-based, collaborative role where your portfolio will evolve rapidly through diverse client projects, spanning both premium print and high-performing digital interfaces.
As they are situated outside the city center, meaning the ability to drive and access to a car will be highly beneficial for your daily commute.

No Agency Experience Required: This is a true launchpad position. You’ll be supported directly by a Senior Designer to transition your creative instincts into commercial, performance-led results.

Master UX and UI Insights: You won't just design what looks good. You will actively collaborate with digital marketing teams, gaining rare, hands-on exposure to user experience (UX) data that proves why your designs work.

What you bring to the table
You are highly proficient across Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and you're confident using Canva for quick-turnaround production content. Above all, you possess an exceptional eye for visual consistency, a strong willingness to learn, and a diverse portfolio that demonstrates your creative problem-solving potential. Any familiarity with Figma, basic video editing, animation, or photography will put you at a distinct advantage.
