CloudScope is recruiting on behalf of a growing digital marketing agency based on the outskirts of Norwich. Due to continued growth and an increasing client portfolio, they are looking to appoint a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can confidently manage multi-channel campaigns and deliver measurable commercial results.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution, working closely with clients, and seeing clear outcomes from their work.

You will join an established and collaborative team where digital performance, client satisfaction and personal development are taken seriously.

The role offers exposure to a wide variety of businesses across both B2B and B2C sectors, giving you the chance to deepen your expertise while keeping your work varied and engaging.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and optimising digital marketing activity across multiple channels. Your work will directly influence brand visibility, website traffic, lead generation and revenue growth for clients.

You will have the autonomy to manage campaigns end to end, while also contributing ideas, insights and opportunities to improve performance and expand client relationships.

Your day to day impact will include:

  • Managing SEO, PPC and social media campaigns, both organic and paid, to drive measurable performance
  • Planning and executing integrated digital marketing strategies aligned to client objectives
  • Analysing performance data and translating insight into actionable improvements
  • Protecting and enhancing client brand integrity across digital channels
  • Driving website traffic, engagement and conversion through SEO, CRO and content-led activity
  • Managing SEM projects through a bespoke internal system
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and expand services in a commercially appropriate way
  • Presenting results and recommendations confidently to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively with digital marketing, development, project management and IT teams

You will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with colleagues across the wider business and external partners. The role requires someone who can think strategically in the long term while delivering tactically in the short term.

To be successful in this role, you will likely bring:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Strong hands-on experience across SEO, PPC and social media
  • A commercially minded approach with a clear understanding of business objectives
  • An analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data
  • Experience presenting to clients and running meetings
  • A solid understanding of websites, both from a design and functional perspective
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using CMS platforms and core Microsoft Office tools
  • Confidence identifying and pitching additional opportunities to clients
  • Agency experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is beneficial

Experience or familiarity with the following tools will be advantageous:

  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Merchant Centre
  • Meta Ads and Meta Pixel
  • SEMrush

This agency offers a supportive, people-first environment with a strong focus on wellbeing, collaboration and continuous improvement. Hybrid working is available following a successful probation period, with regular office collaboration to ensure support and shared learning.

All applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK.

If you are a Senior Digital Marketing Executive looking for a role where your experience, ideas and results will be valued, and where you can continue to grow within an established agency environment, we would be keen to speak with you.
