Job Title: User Experience Manager

Location: Outskirts of Norwich

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 DOE

Job Description:

As the User Experience Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall user experience of the online platform. You will be responsible for strategically developing the product, identifying key user experience issues, and implementing improvements to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Development: Lead the strategic development of the product to enhance user experience, focusing on areas such as post-purchase customer experience, payment processing, and international play.

  2. Identify User Experience Issues: Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify key user experience issues across various touch-points of the platform.

  3. Address User Experience Challenges: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, design, and customer support to address identified user experience challenges effectively.

  4. Develop Deep Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of business processes and user flows within the platform to identify areas for improvement over the long term.

  5. Continuous Improvement: Implement a continuous improvement mindset, regularly reviewing and optimizing user experience processes and features.

  6. User Feedback Management: Gather and analyse user feedback through various channels to gain insights into user preferences and pain points, using this information to drive improvements.

  7. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user experience design to ensure our platform remains competitive and user-friendly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a user experience management or related role ideally within the online entertainment or gaming industry (But not essential)
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting user feedback.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to online entertainment, including safe gambling practices, is preferred but not mandatory.
