3rd Line Support Technician

Cambridge (Outskirts), Cambridgeshire

£40,000 – £50,000 per annum 40 hours per week,

Monday–Friday Hybrid: 1 day WFH after probation

As a 3rd Line Support Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-level support across servers, networks, cloud infrastructure and customer projects. The work is varied, impactful and genuinely rewarding.

Hands-on technical variety: From firewalls to Azure to complex networking—your skillset will continually grow. End-to-end project satisfaction: Build servers, configure networks and see the full lifecycle of your technical implementations. Professional credibility: Act as a trusted technical expert to SMEs and internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and supporting secure computer networks Building new servers to customer specifications Providing remote and onsite support for PCs and servers (Win 7/8/10/11, Server 2003–2019) Managing DNS, DHCP, Active Directory and Office 365 Azure, SharePoint, InTune and AutoPilot configuration and management Supporting connectivity, VLANs, routing and firewall setups Delivering technical projects for SMEs
