£30,000 – £45,000 + regular salary reviews

40 hours per week,

Monday–Friday Hybrid: 1 day WFH after probation

They’re now searching for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join their expanding team and play a key role in shaping outstanding client experiences.

As an Account Manager here, you won’t just manage accounts; you’ll become a trusted strategic partner to your clients, helping them maximise the agency’s digital, technical and marketing services.

Role Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients Lead customer communication, reviews and relationship development Host and run client meetings, including VIP stakeholder sessions
  • Drive growth conversations to identify new opportunities
  • Support seamless onboarding for new clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, objectives and industry
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure planned work meets client goals
  • Maintain high retention and satisfaction scores through CRM-driven KPIs
