We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships / Affiliate Manager to take ownership of a high-performing affiliate channel driving millions in annual revenue. You’ll join a market-leading home improvement group with big growth plans, managing an annual affiliate budget of around £2.5m and one direct report.
This role is ideal for someone analytical, commercially minded, and proactive — with a passion for relationship building and performance optimisation. You’ll be key in scaling affiliate partnerships, managing budgets, and delivering measurable growth through data-led strategy.
The Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of ~15 affiliate partners, with scope to expand.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture new affiliates to drive lead generation.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking against business targets.
- Optimise performance using data insights and Excel analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and compliance teams to ensure activity aligns with brand and legal standards.
- Lead and develop one direct report.
About You
- Proven experience in affiliate or partnership marketing, ideally in B2C or lead generation.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
- Confident in Excel – comfortable handling large datasets and building reports.
- Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven.
