Base: £220,000 – £300,000 

Role Overview

A high‑growth technology organisation is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to architect and lead its next era of revenue expansion. This is a mandate for a commercially elite operator who can unify sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer growth into a single, high‑performing commercial engine. The CCO will shape the organisation’s market position, build scalable GTM systems, and drive predictable, compounding revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end commercial strategy across acquisition, expansion, and partner‑led revenue 
  • Build and lead high‑performing teams across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
  • Establish scalable GTM motions, forecasting models, and performance frameworks
  • Strengthen cross‑functional alignment with Product, Customer, and Finance
  • Drive operational excellence across pipeline generation, deal execution, and customer lifecycle management
  • Represent the commercial function at executive and board level Identify new market opportunities and shape commercial positioning

Required Experience

  • Proven track record owning revenue strategy and scaling commercial organisations
  • Experience leading multi‑disciplinary commercial teams in high‑growth or complex environments
  • Deep expertise in enterprise sales, value‑based selling, and predictable forecasting
  • Demonstrable success improving commercial performance and GTM efficiency
  • Strong executive presence with board‑level influence
