Digital Marketing Executive (PPC heavy)
Norwich (Outskirts), Norfolk
£28,000 – £34,000 + regular salary reviews

You won’t just execute tasks—you’ll own, shape, and improve digital strategies, giving you tangible influence across SEO and PPC projects from day one.
In this role, you’ll:
- Dive deep into SEO and PPC—the perfect hands-on opportunity to strengthen your technical expertise and see the real-world impact of your work on client performance.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, giving you the satisfaction of uncovering opportunities and watching rankings rise as a direct result of your insights.
- Manage diverse PPC campaigns, optimising budgets and conversions to deliver measurable results that truly matter.
- Partner with experts across digital marketing, website development and project management—learning, collaborating, and building cross-functional skills.
- Build long-term client relationships, giving you the opportunity to present ideas confidently, influence decisions and become a trusted advisor.

What you'll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience managing PPC campaigns (agency experience preferred)
- Strong experience delivering SEO and PPC strategies across multiple industries
- Knowledge of: Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, HotJar and Google Ads
- Ability to conduct technical SEO audits for new clients
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of business marketing needs
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident presenting to peers, directors and clients
