About the Role

Enablement Specialist | Competitive Salary | London

Stop Managing an LMS. Start Building a World-Class Academy.

Most enablement roles are about policing stale content and chasing people to complete dry compliance modules. This isn't one of them.

We are partnering with the world’s premier AI video platform to find a high-craft Sales Enablement Specialist based in London. This is a hands-on, builder role at the intersection of product education, content design, and knowledge management for a heavily funded global tech leader.

You will take full ownership of a global learning Academy, transforming complex product workflows into simple, engaging user journeys for some of the biggest businesses on the planet.

Why this role is different

  • True Autonomy to Build: You aren’t just uploading text files. You’ll design the information architecture, curate learning paths, and dictate how users interact with the entire training ecosystem.

  • AI as a Force Multiplier: You’ll work at the absolute cutting edge of technology, using advanced AI content creation tools daily to accelerate your own workflow and pioneer new multimedia formats.

  • Zero Corporate Politics: Join a fast-moving, high-trust organisation that values execution, craft, and kindness over red tape and endless planning meetings.

The Practical Benefits

  • Competitive Enterprise Package: A highly attractive compensation structure built for top-tier digital talent.

  • High-Impact Ownership: Act as the "front door" to learning, directly influencing global customer adoption and scaling user capability.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Work directly alongside Product, Customer Success, and Revenue teams, keeping user guidance perfectly synced with rapid software rollouts.

What you bring to the table

You are a meticulous content builder who cares deeply about clarity, structure, and user experience. You have proven experience creating and maintaining customer-facing learning paths within an LMS or Academy environment—ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS context. You bring a data-informed approach to content hygiene, sharp writing skills, and a natural curiosity to master new technical workflows rapidly.

The Next Step

At CloudScope Group, we don’t just fill seats; we open doors to defining careers. For this strategic search, we are proud to be partnering with https://TheEmilyJamesGroup.com to identify top-tier digital talent.

Want to see the full picture? If you’re ready to treat user education like a premium product experience, let’s have a low-pressure conversation.

.Net Developer

Most .NET roles keep you hidden in the background, churning through tickets on legacy systems while someone else makes all the decisions. This isn't one of those roles. We are partnering with a highly established business on the outskirts of Norwich to find a .NET Developer who wants real ownership. This is an opportunity to step out of the shadows, manage your own sub-projects, and build systems that have a direct impact on business operations.

1st Line Support

Most 1st line roles feel like a treadmill—endless tickets with no finish line. This isn't one of them. We are looking for a 1st Line Technician to join an ambitious, carbon-neutral Managed Service Provider (MSP) on the outskirts of Norwich. This is a role for someone who loves the puzzle of technical troubleshooting but understands that, at the end of every ticket, there is a person who needs a solution. You won’t just be resetting passwords; you’ll be the front-line hero for SMB networks, working within a structured workflow designed to let you focus on the task at hand and leave work at work when the day is done.
