Role Overview
A high‑growth technology organisation is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and drive strategic new‑business acquisition. This role is central to expanding the organisation’s footprint across high‑value accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close
- Build and manage senior‑level relationships across complex buying groups
- Lead discovery, value articulation, and commercial negotiation
- Develop account strategies to drive long‑term growth
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer teams
- Represent the organisation with credibility in executive‑level conversations
Required Experience
- Proven track record closing enterprise deals in complex environments
- Strong command of value‑based selling and structured sales methodologies
- Experience managing long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- Demonstrable success meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
