Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing team in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in paid media and data-led marketing who’s ready to take ownership of high-performing digital campaigns.
The Role
You’ll be working across a range of performance channels with a particular focus on Paid Search and Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns. Using first-party data, you’ll help drive demand generation, optimise campaigns, and deliver measurable ROI.
You’ll be hands-on with campaign management, analysis, and reporting, while also supporting the team in building data-driven strategies that maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max, Paid Search, Broad Match, and Smart Bidding strategies Apply value-based bidding models to improve efficiency and ROI Utilise 1st party data to build targeting and retargeting strategies Deliver insight-driven reporting using Google Analytics and Excel Support demand generation activity across digital channels Conduct data analysis and performance reviews to inform optimisation decisions
Skills & Experience
Experience running Performance Max / P-Max campaigns Knowledge of Paid Search (Broad Match, Smart Bidding, ROAS-focused strategies) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF functions, SUM, Pivot Tables) Proficient in Google Analytics and comfortable with data analysis Strong attention to detail and ability to work to KPIs
