Salary, £30,000 to £35,000

CloudScope is exclusively recruiting for a PPC Executive to join a specialist digital agency operating within the online entertainment sector. This is a space where small optimisation changes can drive significant revenue impact, and where your analytical thinking directly influences commercial results.

 

You will not be managing low volume campaigns or simply maintaining accounts. You will be working on high intent, high competition acquisition activity where data, testing and strategic thinking make the difference.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms
  • Analyse campaign performance using GA4 and platform reporting to uncover growth opportunities
  • Optimise bids, targeting and creative to improve acquisition efficiency
  • Support SEO initiatives where appropriate to strengthen overall digital performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with commercial objectives
  • Monitor key performance indicators including cost per acquisition and return on ad spend
  • Run ongoing testing to improve conversion performance and campaign scalability
  • Your work will directly influence acquisition growth and revenue performance within a fast moving digital environment.

 

You will likely be a strong fit if you bring:

  • Experience managing PPC campaigns in house or within an agency
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with GA4
  • A performance driven mindset focused on ROI and measurable improvement
  • A working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • The ability to interpret data and turn insight into action
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Experience within online entertainment or similarly competitive digital sectors would be beneficial, but is not essential.

 

This role is based on the outskirts of Norwich, approximately a 20 minute drive from Norwich city centre. Due to the location, you will require access to a car.

 

The position offers hybrid working with two to three days per week in the office.
