About the Role
CloudScope is recruiting on behalf of a digital and technology agency on the outskirts of Norwich that believes good sales is built on insight, credibility and relationships, not volume dialling.
If you already have some sales experience and you are frustrated by scripted calls, shallow conversations or being measured purely on activity, this role gives you something different. You will be judged on the quality of the opportunities you create, the relationships you build, and the commercial impact you make, not how many numbers you hit in a day.
This is a chance to develop into a consultative B2B salesperson who can speak confidently with senior decision makers, understand real business challenges and earn meaningful commission by creating genuine value for customers.
You will be supported with structured training, a bespoke CRM and a collaborative New Business team, so you can focus on having smart conversations, learning quickly and building a credible sales career rather than being thrown into a call centre environment.
As demand continues to rise across IT, digital marketing and technology services, the business is investing in its sales function and looking for a driven, curious and personable Sales Executive to help fuel its next phase of growth.
This is not a script driven, high pressure call centre position. Instead, it is a consultative, relationship led B2B sales role where thoughtful conversations create real opportunities and uncapped commission.
