About the Role

Marketing Manager

£35,000 – £40,000

Norwich (South)

Stop Running Campaigns. Start Building a Growth Engine.

Most Marketing Manager roles are about maintaining the status quo. This isn’t one of them.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing business on the southern outskirts of Norwich. This is a brand-new position designed for someone who is tired of being a small cog in a big machine and wants to sit at the very centre of commercial activity.

Working directly with the Marketing Director, you won’t just be "doing marketing", you’ll be shaping how this business grows.

Why this role is different:

Real Influence: You’ll work alongside department heads and sales leads, turning high-level ideas into measurable revenue.

A Blank Canvas: As a newly created role, you have the autonomy to test, learn, and optimize campaigns without "how we’ve always done it" holding you back.

Direct Impact: You’ll see the immediate results of your work in the lead trackers and the company’s growth.

The Practical Benefits

Salary: £35k – £40k.

Ownership: Take full control of lead gen across email, social, paid media, and search.

Strategic Growth: This is a career-defining move that transitions you from execution to true commercial strategy.

Collaboration: No silos here. You’ll be the bridge between technical teams, design, and sales.

What you bring to the table

You’re likely already in a B2B environment (agency or client-side) and understand that marketing is about more than just "brand awareness" it’s about revenue.

You’re comfortable with GA4, you understand SEO, and you know how to talk to senior stakeholders about performance data.

If you have experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or running LinkedIn/Google Ads, you’re already at the front of the queue.

The Next Step

At CloudScope Group, we don’t just fill seats; we open doors. This is a full-time, office-based role in a high-energy environment.

Want to see the full picture? If you’re curious about the company and the specific impact you can make, let’s have a low-pressure conversation.

Apply now, or reach out directly to Hknight@cloud-scope.co.uk for more details.

Senior Social Media Executive

£30-40k
Most social media roles keep you locked into purely repetitive scheduling tasks, giving you zero say over creative briefs or how the platform strategy actually connects to commercial growth. Operating at an exceptional scale with substantial multi-channel marketing backing, this company relies heavily on its active digital ecosystems. This in-office position is designed for an ambitious professional ready to step up, take direct ownership of day-to-day execution, and shape active consumer communities. The head office is situated outside the city centre, meaning the ability to drive and access a car will be highly beneficial for your daily commute.

You will join a highly skilled engineering powerhouse of over 30 developers, organized into tight, collaborative squads. This position is built for a developer who wants to escape production lines and engineer custom web applications, bespoke CRMs, and large-scale ecommerce infrastructure from the ground up.
