About the Role

Senior Social Media Executive | £35000 - £45,000 + Bonus | Norwich Outskirts

Move Past the Basics. Own the Execution and Scale the Audience.

Most social media roles keep you locked into purely repetitive scheduling tasks, giving you zero say over creative briefs or how the platform strategy actually connects to commercial growth. This is not one of them.

We are partnering with a market-leading digital entertainment business on the outskirts of Norwich to find a driven and creative Senior Social Media Executive. Operating at an exceptional scale with substantial multi-channel marketing backing, this company relies heavily on its active digital ecosystems. This in-office position is designed for an ambitious professional ready to step up, take direct ownership of day-to-day execution, and shape active consumer communities.

The head office is situated outside the city centre, meaning the ability to drive and access a car will be highly beneficial for your daily commute.

Why this role is different

  • Direct Strategic Input: You aren't just copy-pasting posts. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will directly support the development of the organic strategy, translate core marketing campaigns into compelling social storytelling, and independently identify emerging platform trends to keep the brand highly competitive.

  • Creative Briefing Power: Take control of the visual output. You will develop detailed, audience-focused creative briefs for the internal Content and Design teams, ensuring every asset is optimized perfectly for platform performance.

  • Advanced AI Implementation: Expand your modern marketing toolkit. You will actively use, train, and refine advanced AI workflows to drive production efficiency, extract audience insights, and enhance reactive campaign performance while maintaining authentic brand quality.

The Practical Benefits

  • Salary & Rewards: A competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £34,000 (dependent on experience) supplemented by a performance-led bonus scheme.

  • True Creative Freedom: You will be equipped with tools like Figma and Canva to independently produce high-performing, reactive content on the fly, giving you the autonomy to jump on cultural moments instantly.

  • High-Level Commercial Growth: Learn the business side of social. You will track deep performance metrics, analyse community sentiment, and build actionable reports that prove exactly how your execution drives customer acquisition and long-term brand equity.

What you bring to the table

You bring solid, hands-on experience managing organic social media channels and building digital communities within a consumer brand environment. You are a confident content creator with sharp copywriting skills, an eye for platform analytics, and the organizational strength to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. A proactive, self-starting mindset is essential.

While not strictly required, a genuine interest in automotive culture, performance vehicles, and enthusiast communities will give your application a massive advantage.
