About the Role
Senior Business Analyst
Up to £60k DOE + Benefits
Norwich, Norfolk (3 days remote)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join one of the most recognised brands in the renovations industry, based in Norwich. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills, experience in strategic planning, and a proven ability to drive business improvement through insightful analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, working closely with stakeholders at all levels Develop detailed business cases, including cost, benefit, and risk analysis, to support strategic decision-making Conduct feasibility studies and present findings to senior management, outlining implementation time scales and resource requirements Identify opportunities for business improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency Lead workshops, meetings, and user interviews to gather insights and validate requirements Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout project lifecycles Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation, reports, and user guides Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development Ensure successful project delivery by collaborating closely with project managers and technical teams Monitor project outcomes against initial objectives, providing feedback and recommendations for future improvements
Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst Demonstrable experience in leading complex business analysis projects Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities Ability to develop clear, concise reports and documentation Experience with business process mapping and improvement strategies Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring junior team members
Working Hours:
9 AM – 5:30 PM with an hour for lunch and flexible start time
