Role Overview
A high‑growth technology organisation is hiring a VP of Sales to elevate its sales organisation, sharpen enterprise execution, and drive consistent new‑business performance. This is a mandate for a leader who can build a high‑performing sales culture, strengthen sales discipline, and scale predictable revenue across strategic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales organisation across new business, expansion, and strategic accounts
- Build scalable sales processes, methodologies, and forecasting discipline
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound, partner, and marketing‑aligned channels
- Coach and develop sales leaders and individual contributors
- Strengthen alignment with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams
- Own revenue targets, performance management, and sales reporting
- Improve win rates, deal velocity, and sales efficiency
Required Experience
- Proven success leading enterprise or mid‑market sales teams
- Strong command of value‑based selling, MEDDIC, and complex deal cycles
- Demonstrable ability to scale sales performance and build high‑performing teams
- Experience operating in fast‑moving or high‑growth environments
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
