The Role
Instead of juggling endless, disorganized tasks, you will be the strategic anchor for a dedicated bank of clients. Working hand-in-hand with internal Project Managers, you will drive client retention by translating their business needs into actionable technology roadmaps, lead formal review meetings, and guide new clients through a high-touch onboarding experience.
Are You the Right Fit?
To succeed here, you must bring a proven track record in dedicated Account Management specifically within the technology, Digital or Web services sector. You need natural relationship-building DNA, strong negotiation skills, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset. Valid Right to Work in the UK and a driving liscence is required.
