Our client are looking to add to their leading digital marketing team/. This UK-wide industry leading firm in the construction industry is seeking a talented Biddable Media Manager to spearhead their paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. With a primary focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other biddable channels, this role is critical in driving business growth and maximising ROI in a competitive industry.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will develop, execute, and optimise high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable results. They will apply their expertise in digital advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation to engage key audiences. Experience with Meta Ads Manager and biddable platforms will be essential to excel in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Plan, build, and execute paid media strategies on Meta, Google Ads, and other auction-based platforms to meet brand and performance goals.
  • Optimisation & Testing: Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and refine ad effectiveness.
  • Audience Targeting: Use advanced audience insights, including lookalike and custom audiences, to improve targeting.
  • Performance Reporting: Track key metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA), analyse data, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Manage daily and monthly budgets, reallocating funds as needed to optimise performance.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in biddable media or paid social, focusing on Meta, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimisation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
