About the Role
Position Title: Corporate and Membership Sales Manager
Specialisation: Corporate / Membership Sales
Location: Visitor Attractions (Norfolk/Suffolk)
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Sales and Marketing Director
A key commercial role responsible for driving revenue growth through membership sales, corporate partnerships, and business development. The role focuses on expanding the member base, improving retention, developing B2B relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities to support long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Sales & Retention
- Develop and deliver strategies to increase membership sales and retention.
- Enhance the value proposition with exclusive events, offers, and perks.
- Monitor and analyse membership performance to inform improvements.
Corporate Sales & Partnerships
- Identify and secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and B2B opportunities.
- Create tailored packages such as corporate memberships and employee benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sponsors.
Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Manage ambitious sales targets across membership and corporate channels.
- Use data insights to optimise pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
- Work closely with marketing and guest services to align campaigns.
Client & Member Engagement
- Act as the main contact for key members and corporate clients.
- Drive engagement and loyalty through proactive communication and feedback.
Team Leadership
- Lead and support the commercial team with coaching and training.
- Foster a sales-focused, customer-centric culture.
- Collaborate across marketing, operations, and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or membership management (ideally in attractions, hospitality, or leisure).
- Proven success in growing revenue across B2C and B2B channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with commercial and analytical acumen.
- Experience leading and motivating teams.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings for events.
