Account Manager – Technology & Digital Solutions
Location: Norfolk
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 per annum

About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, lead review meetings, build relationships with key contacts, and support new client onboarding. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to ensure planned work aligns with client goals, helping deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
A passion for client success and delivering excellent service Proven track record in Account Management Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Experience in a technology-focused account management role Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities Dynamic, enthusiastic, and results-driven Reliable, consistent, and proactive Creative problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage a bank of clients, acting as the main point of contact Lead client review meetings and discuss growth opportunities Build and maintain relationships with VIPs and key stakeholders Support new client onboarding to ensure a seamless experience Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses, brands, and industries Collaborate with Project Managers to align work with client objectives Monitor and drive KPIs such as client retention and satisfaction
