About the Role
Job Title: CRM Executive
Location: Outskirts of Norwich (On-site)
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for customer engagement? We're looking for a CRM Executive to join our team in the online entertainment industry, based just outside Norwich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead email marketing, SMS, and push notification campaigns
- Implement and manage split testing and A/B testing strategies
- Develop and optimise customer journeys
- Analyse campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement
Experience & Skills:
- Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, SMS, and push notifications
- Experience in split testing and A/B testing to refine campaign strategies
- While our client uses Klayvivo and OneSignal, experience with these platforms is not essential—training can be provided!
