CloudScope are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and fast-growing digital marketing agency on the outskirts of Norwich. They are seeking an organised, proactive Web Project Manager to take ownership of digital projects and deliver exceptional results for a wide range of clients.

As the central point of coordination, you’ll be trusted to guide projects from concept through to completion—ensuring they meet client expectations, deadlines and quality standards.

What You Should Bring:

Proven track record in Project Management or Project Administration Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong written ability for documentation and proposals Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Dynamic, enthusiastic and results-driven attitude

 

 

Extra Skills That Would Be Great:

Understanding of business processes and workflows Experience working with developers or creatives (agency or in-house) Experience with open-source or bespoke web systems Familiarity with UX optimisation Understanding of digital marketing PRINCE2 experience (desirable but not essential)

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and interpret client briefs, ensuring clear objectives and accurate technical direction Write project proposals and estimates alongside the technical team Keep clients fully updated throughout the entire project lifecycle Manage and prioritise developer workloads effectively Test deliverables against briefs before client sign-off Maintain strong client relationships to support long-term growth and future projects

 

 

Location & Salary:

Norwich outskirts, with hybrid work 1 day per week after probation £28,000 – £35,000, depending on experience Regular salary reviews
